As the crown jewel in the heart of historic downtown Hillsboro, the Venetian Theatre and Bistro, 252 E Main St. hosts this month’s Y&I. Join other young professionals on Wednesday, November 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. at Hillsboro’s coolest place to see and be seen. There is no charge for this program, and includes appetizers and group activity.
If you live, work or play in the Hillsboro area, you don’t want to miss the unique opportunity to take a behind the scenes look at the Venetian and get the truth about rumors of ghosts and hidden treasure. Recently renovated, the Venetian is Washington County’s epicenter of art and culture hosting live professional performances by Bag & Baggage and the Portland Chamber Orchestra. Our featured speaker, John Southgate from the City of Hillsboro’s Economic Development Department will share the development story of the Venetian and the joint efforts of revitalizing downtown Hillsboro.
